Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully and be advised on the below before final payment is settled.

GRAZING TABLE SERVICES:

 

 

SANGRIA BAR:

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS, GRAZE BOXES, SANGRIA TO GO - RETAIL AND BULK ORDERS

FOOD SAFETY: 

  • To ensure safety standards are upheld, please refer to consumption labels. Once you receive your box, we suggest for it to be served and consumed the soonest. If you are not going to consume it immediately, we strongly recommend that you put your cold cuts and cheeses in the fridge (in a tight lid container), as well as fresh fruit contents. 

  • Once delivered, it is your responsibility to ensure these standards are met. Once the food item is in your possession, the responsibility is passed on to the Client. 

  • It is your responsibility to inform us well in advance of any dietary requirements. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible. Pricing may also vary.

ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS:​​

  1. All orders (retail and bulk) must be placed in advance via our website. We strongly implement placing orders in advance for all products. 

    • CHEESE BALLS (including with assorted bread and crackers) - Advance order is required. For 1- 3 cheese balls, place your orders 24 hours in advance. For bulk orders (10 & up), at least 5 days in advance.

    • SWEET AND SAVORY DIPS - For 1 - 3 pieces/set, place your orders at least 12-24 hours in advance. For bulk orders (10 & up), at least 5 days in advance.

    • GRAZE BOXES - For 1- 2 boxes, please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance,  2 days in advance for 3 - 4 boxes, 3 days, for 5 - 6 boxes, and 7 days for bulk orders (7 boxes and above).

  2. For customized orders, Grazed PH will provide you a quote and upon acceptance, a separate Invoice will be sent. 

  3. For orders worth Php 10,000 and above, a 50% down payment is required upon confirmation of orders.

  4. We allow 24 hours for payment to be made. Proof of payment must be sent via email, or you may send a direct message on Facebook and Instagram. Orders will not be considered ‘confirmed’ until the deposit or payment has been received.

  5. The remaining balance is payable no later than 3 days(retail) and 7 days (bulk orders) prior to delivery date. 

  6. Delivery Costs will be shouldered by the Client. For bulk orders, we utilize Lalamove (MPV) or Transportify.

  7. For Bulk orders: Changes to orders can be done up to 7 days prior to delivery date. This includes:

    • Change in date and time

    • Delivery address

    • Additional orders (will be subject to availability and applicable charges)

DELIVERIES:

  1. Client shall be responsible for booking any 3rd party delivery service. Details of pick up point and additional instructions for the driver are sent automatically once you place your orders online.

  2. Grazed PH shall not be held liable in case there are any delays caused by the 3rd party delivery service (ex: vehicle breakdown, driver issues – could not locate pick up or drop off points)

  3. In the event that orders are mishandled during transport, Grazed PH will not be held responsible, as we guarantee and maintain the highest quality in our presentations and packaging. For bulk orders, we strongly suggest for our Clients to utilize Lalamove MPV (sedan) or Transportify. 

  4. If items will be picked up, please advise us at least 1 hour before pick up time so we can arrange your orders accordingly.

  5. Any changes with the delivery or pick up date and time, please notify us in advance.

 

CANCELLATION:

  1. We do not offer any refunds. For cancellations, any deposit will be forfeited, and no payments will be refunded due to provisions already ordered and prepared.
