Is the food always fresh?

We make sure that we prepare your grazing boxes on the same day that you want them delivered, with specific timings prior to shipping to ensure the freshest quality of your boxes' contents. 

How do I store your products?

Information on how to store and shelf life of our products are indicated on the additional information of each product. We also include labels on the actual item when you order. 

How should I store my grazing box?

Once you receive your box, we suggest for it to be served and consumed the soonest. If you are not going to consume it immediately, we strongly recommend that you put your cold cuts and cheeses in the fridge, as well as fresh fruit contents.

I am allergic to some nuts and / or other graze box contents. Is there any way that I can have it replaced with another item?

It is our priority to ensure that our products and grazing items are not health hazards to our clients. If you have certain preferences, do let us know and we'll arrange something for you. While we make every effort to accommodate such requirements, this may not always be possible. Pricing may also vary.

Do you have Cash on delivery?

Currently, we only accept cash deposit or fund transfer to our  GCash, BPI, BDO, or METROBANK Savings Account. 

What is considered as a 'rush order'?

1.) Orders that are for same day delivery.

2.) If delivery date / time is less than 24 hours from the time you placed your orders.

3.) If it is less than our minimum required number of days in placing an advance order.

Where do you Deliver?

We currently deliver (via Lalamove, Grab Express, or Transportify) in most of the Metro. This is to keep the contents of your Graze boxes and Sangria as fresh as possible.

Coverage:
Antipolo, Bicutan, Bonifacio Global City, Cainta, Caloocan, Fairview, Katipunan, Las Pinas, Libis, Makati, Mandaluyong, Manila, Marikina, Pasay, Paranaque, Pasig, Pateros, Quezon City, San Juan, Sucat, Taguig, Taytay.

What are Customized Graze Boxes?

We allow you to have the option to choose your box size, items from our Specialty Products, type of crackers/biscuits, cheeses (subject to availability), cold cuts (subject to availability), and as well as add-on items. Do note that  we are not able to quote an exact amount or an estimate for Customized Grazing Boxes as there may be items that we may have to source separately depending on your requirements or choices. 

 

What sizes do you have for your Graze boxes?

We have 4 different sizes: 

- 10 x 10 (Pre-formed, non hard box)- DUO (good for sharing up to 2 - 3 pax)

- 12 x 9.5 (Hard box) - QUATTRO (good for sharing up to 4 - 5 pax)

- 18 x 8.5 (Hard box) - AMIGOS (good for sharing up to 6 - 8 pax)

- 20 x 20 (Hard box) - LA FIESTA (good for sharing up to 12 - 15 pax)

Can I choose a different size for the box aside from your standard options?

At the moment, Grazed PH only offers 4 sizes for our boxes. Other options will be available soon.
