Delivery & Pick Up Instructions

Please READ instructions for delivery and pick up.

Shipping or Delivery fee is not included. Please be advised as we are working on a limited number of staff, the team cannot guarantee that we can always assist in booking 3rd party delivery services. If there are any changes with the Shipping address, please inform us ahead of time and not on the day of pick up/delivery. 

 

For 3rd party Courier (LALAMOVE/MR. SPEEDY/HAPPY MOVE/TOKTOK): 

The Client is responsible for booking 3rd party delivery service/courier. ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO BOOK A RIDER THAT HAS AN INSULATED BOX. We will not be held responsible if the Rider/Driver mishandles your items/orders (ex. Improper storage - no insulated box used, Reckless driving, etc.) For small orders or quantity, mostly Lalamove/Happy Move/Mr. Speedy can handle the delivery. For Big grazing boxes or bulk orders, LALAMOVE (MPV-Sedan) or TRANSPORTIFY should be utilized. Send us a message to check with the team on what delivery method can be used for your order/s. Kindly send us a message before booking (at least 30 minutes before booking), so we can arrange your orders accordingly.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR Delivery/PICK UP via Partner Driver (TET EXPRESS): 

  • Please send a message to this number 0965-813-1805, and indicate: "Delivery for Grazed PH Order # __ (indicate your order or invoice number) and time of Pick up is __ ". Please make sure to send the text message in advance and not on the day of delivery/pick up.

  • You will then receive a message for delivery cost/fee. Fee may be paid upon arrival of the driver. 

  • Grazed PH will confirm once your order/s been picked up. Driver will contact you once he is at the drop-off point.

NOTE:  Please be advised that our partner driver is not solely working for us and may be booked on your desired time of delivery. 

IMPORTANT

**Please do not forget to tick the box for 'Insulated Box/Bag/Lalabag/Motobox' (Lalamove/Mr. Speedy/Happy Move) as not all riders would have an insulated box attached to their bikes, and for other delivery service providers, please make sure that they have one to carry your items. 

  • Kindly track driver. If driver needs to park in an office building and if there's a corresponding parking fee, Driver may ask you to pay for their parking fee as this is not included in the base fare. 

  • Holiday Surcharge may apply. (Depending on Delivery Service/App used).
