Delivery &
Pick Up Instructions

Food Delivery Exchange
Please READ instructions for delivery and pick up.

We strongly recommend booking a Car/Sedan to help preserve the presentation of your graze box during transport. While motorcycle pickup is accepted for smaller items, some movement of the contents is unavoidable. By choosing motorcycle delivery, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

If there are any changes with the Shipping address, please inform us ahead of time and not on the day of pick up/delivery.

For 3rd party Courier (LALAMOVE/GRAB/IN-DRIVE/ANGKAS/JOYRIDE):

The Client is responsible for booking 3rd party delivery service/courier. ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO BOOK A RIDER THAT HAS AN INSULATED BOX.  We reserve the right to decline the pickup if the order cannot be safely accommodated or does not fit in the rider's insulated bag.

We will not be held responsible if the Rider/Driver mishandles your items/orders (ex. Improper storage - no insulated box used, Reckless driving, etc.).

For small orders or quantity, mostly Lalamove/Grab can handle the delivery. For Big grazing boxes and bulk orders, LALAMOVE (MPV-Sedan) /IN-DRIVE/GRAB EXPRESS CAR/ TRANSPORTIFY should be utilized.

Send us a message to check with the team on what delivery method can be used for your order/s.
