ORDER SLOTS and DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

December 10 - 24 - FULL // December 25 - NO DELIVERIES // December 29 - FULL // December 31 - LIMITED SLOTS, Please call or message us before placing your orders. // January 1- 2 - NO DELIVERIES, will resume on January 3, 2020.

HOLIDAY Pre-order: RETAIL AND BULK ORDERS for December

Pre-order must be placed for the following: (For retail, you may also place your pre-orders)

  • Sangria to go (4 orders and up)

  • Cheese ball only (5 boxes and up)

  • Cheese ball with Breads and Crackers (3 boxes and up)

  • Graze Boxes (3 boxes and up)

  • Dips and grazing butter (10 orders and up) 

Terms and Conditions

ORDERS & PAYMENT TERMS:

  1. For orders worth Php 8,000 and above, a 50% down payment upon confirmation of orders.

  2. We allow 48 hours for payment to be made.

  3. The remaining balance is payable no later than 7 days prior to delivery date.

  4. Orders will not be considered ‘confirmed’ until the deposit or payment has been received.

  5. Delivery Costs will be shouldered by the Client. For bulk orders, we utilize Lalamove (MPV) or Transportify.

  6. Changes to orders can be done up to 7 days prior to delivery date. This includes:

    • Change in date and time

    • Delivery address

    • Additional orders (will be subject to availability)

DELIVERIES:

  1. Client shall be responsible for booking any 3rd party delivery service. You may send us a message to provide you with details of pick up point and additional instructions for the driver.

  2. Grazed PH shall not be held liable in case there are any delays caused by the 3rd party delivery service (ex: vehicle breakdown, driver issues – could not locate pick up or drop off points)

  3. In case orders are mishandled during transport, Grazed PH will not be held responsible, as we guarantee and maintain the highest quality in our presentations and packaging. For bulk orders, we strongly suggest for our Clients to utilize Lalamove MPV (sedan) or Transportify. 

  4. If items will be picked up, please advise us at least 1 hour before pick up time so we can arrange your orders accordingly.

  5. If there’ll be any changes with the delivery or pick up date and time, please notify us in advance.

CANCELLATION:

  1. We do not offer any refunds. For cancellations, any deposit will be forfeited, and no payments will be refunded due to provisions already ordered and prepared.
